In collaboration with NHS Outpatient Mental Health, this book club will alternate discussing small portions of selected books and connecting with others through activities.

In partnership with the Welland Heritage Council and Bridges Niagara, this group is open to newcomers or anyone looking to improve their English language skills.

Meet Wendy Somers a Master Gardner in Niagara. Wendy will focus on the plentiful summer flowers and each participant will take home a bouquet with greens in a container. Cost is $15 per person.

Join this program to learn about parenting in a positive way. You’ll learn strategies you can use and adapt to suit your family’s needs.

Participants will have an opportunity to share their projects, chat with other enthusiasts, get advice, and get inspired.

When combined, these practices can be especially effective in cultivating mindfulness, reducing stress, and promoting overall well-being. Please bring a journal and a pen. Fee $5.00/person
