Let out your inner artist and join us the second Thursday of each month to paint along with a YouTube painting tutorial. All materials are provided, just bring yourself and some creativity. Fee: $5/person

Beginner-friendly, gentle Hatha yoga for everybody. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and eye pillow (if you have one). Presented in partnership with the City of Welland 

This class focuses on improving and/or maintaining strength, building balance, and preventing age-related muscle loss by integrating cardio and seated or standing exercise options.
