Tai chi, often described as "meditation in motion," is a gentle form of exercise that originated as an ancient Chinese martial art. It has grown in popularity around the world and can help maintain strength, flexibility, and balance.  Sifu Jen Brailey will lead a discussion and a short demonstration. Please wear comfortable clothes.
