Celebrating the anti-heroes from this popular book series by Aaron Blabey. Join us for Bad Guys inspired games, trivia, and activities based on this popular series of books.

This program is geared towards children aged 8-12.

Drop-in and burn some energy with Just Dance, Instant Sports, or Karaoke! Bring a friend. Adult supervision recommended. 

Reading Buddies is a program aimed at providing an engaging environment to help improve reading skills.  Children aged 5-11 will be paired with a teen volunteer who will use books and literacy based games to practice reading.

Drop-in to unplug and spend time as a family to make an amazing craft while visiting the library.   Make a different craft each week! While supplies last.

Foster a love of reading in this program that develops language abilities. We will explore themed stories, rhymes, a song, activities, and bubbles! 

Enjoy listening to a French language story read by presenter Béatrice Groux. "La coiffure d'une princesse" written by Haitian author Marie Aliette Forges. Participants will also enjoy making woolen braids with upcycled materials.

Drop-in and watch a short family movie from around the world, using our Kanopy movie library database, and do a related craft each week. Adult supervision recommended. While supplies last.

In collaboration with NHS Outpatient Mental Health, this book club will alternate discussing small portions of selected books and connecting with others through activities.

Join us every Thursday at the Seaway Mall library branch for an afternoon of Scrabble fun starting at 1pm.
