SJA Home Alone Workshop

The Home Alone course is for any young person (aged 8 and over) that will be spending short periods of time home alone. This course covers many issues that will help children and their parents feel more confident. Establishing routines, house keys and code locks, using a telephone in an Emergency, recognizing hazards, strangers, internet safety, fire safety, basic first aid and safety tips will be covered. St. John Ambulance believes that youth who are well prepared for the unexpected, will more confidently handle an emergency and be safer as a result. 

Upon completion, all participants receive a Home Alone Student Reference Book and a Canada Safety Council Certificate. FEE: $60/person
