"Welland that Was" is a historical presentation that aims to show a glimpse into the rich past of the city of Welland, through showcasing the wide variety of shops and buildings that were located in and around the city's core downtown area circa late 19th-early 20th century, from furniture makers and undertakers to opera halls and hotels.
