Reading Buddies is a program aimed at providing an engaging environment to help improve reading skills.  Children aged 5-11 will be paired with a teen volunteer who will use books and literacy based games to practice reading.  Children o

Kids will listen to stories, sing songs, and enjoy a weekly craft while parents will discover ways to promote early literacy at home and meet other caregivers.  

This class focuses on improving and/or maintaining strength, building balance, and preventing age-related muscle loss by integrating cardio and seated or standing exercise options.
