Foster a love of reading in this program that develops language abilities. We will explore themed stories, rhymes, a song, activities, and bubbles!

Kids will listen to stories, sing songs, and enjoy a weekly craft while parents will discover ways to promote early literacy at home and meet other caregivers.  

Adults, join us for chess at the Seaway Mall library branch every Wednesday at 10am. No registration required. All skill levels are welcome. 

Bring your baby to an art class and keep the mess away from your house! Each week, you and your baby will enjoy socializing and making a one-of-a-kind hand or footprint craft.

In collaboration with NHS Outpatient Mental Health, this book club will alternate discussing small portions of selected books and connecting with others through activities.

Celebrate National Geek Pride Day by socializing with like minded people, checking out geek-related library materials, and joining in some Geek themed games and activities. 

The crochet workshops offer hands-on instruction in the art of crochet, teaching participants various techniques to create handmade items.

Drop in for a game of Scrabble, or choose from our selection of traditional card games, or bring your own. 

This class focuses on improving and/or maintaining strength, building balance, and preventing age-related muscle loss by integrating cardio and seated or standing exercise options.

In partnership with the Welland Heritage Council and Bridges Niagara, this group is open to newcomers or anyone looking to improve their English language skills.

This program helps kids and teens work through big feelings using crafts, fun experiments, and simple mindfulness—because healing can include play. Presented in partnership with Hospice Niagara.

Reading Buddies is a program aimed at providing an engaging environment to help improve reading skills. Children aged 5-11 will be paired with a teen volunteer who will use books and literacy based games to practice reading.

Our Cross-Stitch Club is open to all who cross-stitch and would love to meet and socialize with like-minded individuals. Bring your projects and work together!

Come out and show your knowledge of all things TV! Our TV Show themed trivia night will be a great time to socialize while also battling it out. Prizes to be won!

Are you a skilled knitter or looking to learn new skills? Come out to the Knitting Club and share your tips and tricks with others while enjoying a relaxing afternoon. Please bring your own yarn, needles, and supplies.
