Event Details
This class focuses on improving and/or maintaining strength, building balance, and preventing age-related muscle loss by integrating cardio and seated or standing exercise options. This program is run by a certified personal trainer with the Niagara Region. To register for one session (1:30-2:30pm OR 3:00-4:00pm), call the Niagara Region intake line at 905-984-2621.
