Discover the gentle art of Tai Chi in this welcoming four-week series designed especially for beginners. Often described as “meditation in motion,” Tai Chi features slow, flowing movements that help improve balance, flexibility, strength, and overall well-being.
Each week, participants will learn foundational postures, breathing techniques, and simple sequences in a relaxed, supportive environment. No previous experience is necessary, and movements can be adapted for different mobility levels.
Wear comfortable clothing and flat shoes. Come ready to move, breathe, and enjoy a calm start to your day at the library!
$15.00 for 4 classes
