In partnership with the Welland Heritage Council and Bridges Niagara, this group is open to newcomers or anyone looking to improve their English language skills.

This class focuses on improving and/or maintaining strength, building balance, and preventing age-related muscle loss by integrating cardio and seated or standing exercise options.

Join us for a fall nature walk. The Wainfleet Bog is the largest remaining bog within southern Ontario, providing habitat to a variety of unique plants and animals.

Explore shipwrecks in and around the Niagara area including ships built in Niagara that met an untimely end. Artifacts will be on display and the popular "show and tell" will take place.
