In partnership with the Welland Heritage Council and Bridges Niagara, this group is open to newcomers or anyone looking to improve their English language skills.

Adults and seniors, learn some basic computer skills using Microsoft Word and improve your typing and keyboarding skills in the same class. 

Kids will listen to stories, sing songs, and enjoy a weekly craft while parents will discover ways to promote early literacy at home and meet other caregivers.  

This class focuses on improving and/or maintaining strength, building balance, and preventing age-related muscle loss by integrating cardio and seated or standing exercise options.
